Regional Field OOH Sales Manager(m/w/x)
Selling iconic confectionery brands to OOH and foodservice clients in Swiss gastronomy. Established network in Swiss gastronomy/hotel industry required. Significant regional autonomy in product assortment and new launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or comparable education in FMCG/foodservice
- Minimum 3 years field experience in FMCG, ideally confectionery/sweets
- Established network and relevant experience in Swiss gastronomy/hotel industry
- Background in hospitality sales or customer-facing foodservice roles
- Excellent selling, negotiation, communication skills
- Structured, highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Strategic thinking with hands-on mentality
- Comfort with KPIs, sell-out data, article-level analytics
- Fluent German and English (French a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel regularly across Zurich/Central Switzerland
Tasks
- Acquire new customers in OOH and foodservice.
- Support existing clients with tailored solutions.
- Influence local store orders.
- Expand regional product assortments.
- Launch new products.
- Implement sales concepts.
- Provide regular reporting.

- Explore new distribution channels.

- Contribute innovative ideas for OOH operations.
- Approach major outlets.
- Expand assortments, promotions, and activations in major outlets.
- Build and maintain key gastronomy account relationships.
- Identify and develop new distribution and growth potential.
- Execute product launches and placement strategies.
- Monitor competitor activity.
- Monitor market trends.
- Provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and implement customer agreements.
