Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or comparable education in FMCG/foodservice
  • Minimum 3 years field experience in FMCG, ideally confectionery/sweets
  • Established network and relevant experience in Swiss gastronomy/hotel industry
  • Background in hospitality sales or customer-facing foodservice roles
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, communication skills
  • Structured, highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on mentality
  • Comfort with KPIs, sell-out data, article-level analytics
  • Fluent German and English (French a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Zurich/Central Switzerland

  • Monitor competitor activity.
  • Monitor market trends.
  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and implement customer agreements.
