- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in organic chemistry
- •Ability to work in collaborative international teams
- •High degree of independence
- •Quality, customer focus, and accountability
- •Digital proficiency and chemical inventory systems experience
- •Excellent English and advantageous German skills
- •Eligibility to work in Switzerland

- •Package and label chemicals for transport
- •Ensure international shipments meet trade regulations

- •Book returned chemicals into system databases
- •Follow HSE safety protocols and policies
- •Dispose of chemicals failing quality criteria
- •Improve stockroom procedures and workflows
- •Oversee the automated KARDEX storage facility
- •Manage a collection of 100,000 chemicals
