Tasks
- Manage and support technology development, innovation, and renovation
- Provide scientific and technical guidance for product delivery
- Ensure accurate financial and timeline maintenance for decision-making
- Apply SHE rules and drive continuous improvement
- Deliver innovative systems within quality, time, and cost constraints
- Provide technical guidance as subject matter experts
- Manage project resources, competence levels, and budgets
- Collaborate with partners on roadmaps and feature pipelines
- Own modular technology building blocks for reuse across platforms
- Define, plan, and supervise technical trials and validation tests
- Consolidate, analyze, and verify trial data
- Deliver complete documentation for trials
- Lead laboratory trials and communicate with Project Managers
- Lead test coordination and root cause analysis with third parties
- Implement corrective actions with third parties
- Facilitate collaboration across project teams and R&D Units
- Enhance interaction and knowledge sharing
