- Relationship building skills, fostering proactive communication across stakeholders
- Willingness to travel regularly across Switzerland, including frequent weekends during race season
- Ability to handle and transport equipment, including lifting and carrying
Tasks
- Build and manage a strong Salomon Racing community
- Develop and grow the community from NLZ to Europacup
- Act as the main point of contact for Salomon athletes
- Foster trust-based relationships with athletes
- Support athlete development and engagement
- Represent Salomon at national races and events
- Ensure brand visibility and credibility at events
- Manage ski inventory and material orders
- Prepare skis and ensure race-readiness
- Perform ski and boot service for athletes
- Manage the test ski fleet and sample process
- Maintain high technical standards in ski preparation
- Scout and recruit new youth talents
- Plan and execute ski tests for acquisition
- Support long-term athlete development
- Plan and coordinate Racing Team activities
- Lead Racing Circle meetings
- Report on team performance
- Manage athlete-related budgets
- Ensure resource allocation
- Maintain alignment within the Salomon Racing network
- Support Salomon Racing Dealers
- Act as technical contact for dealers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Work with HQ on product feedback and development
- Contribute to content creation
- Support athletes' social media presence
- Collaborate with Influencer Marketing
