Requirements
- •Degree in Business Administration, HR, or equivalent
- •Preferably first exposure to HR topics
- •Interest in dynamic, multicultural environments
- •Organization, flexibility, and pressure resistance

- •Task prioritization and independent execution
- •Good communication and stakeholder management
- •Proficiency in MS Office
- •Fluency in English

- •Help implement global diversity, inclusion, and mentoring initiatives
- •Utilize people analytics to support HR strategies
- •Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation
- •Standardize and optimize HR processes for better efficiency
- •Collaborate with Employee Services on administrative activities
- •Coordinate with Global Mobility and Recruitment teams
- •Manage HR tasks related to contracts and time management
- •Research HR trends to contribute fresh ideas
