In this internship, you will dive into the world of internal communication, creating engaging content and supporting events while collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Requirements

• •Enrollment in Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related fields
• •Comfort with digital tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, or video editing software
• •Strong written and visual communication skills
• •Well-organized, proactive, and flexible
• •Good interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
• •Genuine interest in internal communication and employee engagement

Tasks

• •Produce engaging content through photo and video shooting/editing
• •Write articles, press releases, and announcements
• •Update internal channels like SharePoint and intranet
• •Manage digital screens and other communication platforms
• •Coordinate the onboarding week and prepare newcomer announcements
• •Organize and promote internal events and visits, such as Town Halls
• •Plan and coordinate agendas, follow-up actions, and logistics for events
• •Handle communication for onsite social events
• •Suggest new ideas to enhance communication tools and content
• •Assist in designing visual management on site
