Requirements

- Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP C4C
- Knowledge of SAP BI is an advantage
- Strong background in customer service
- Investigative skills within European legislation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Several years of experience in bike industry
- Solid technical knowledge within bike industry
- Strong proficiency in MS 365
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of German, French, or Mandarin is a plus
- Willingness to travel worldwide
Tasks
- Support and strengthen After Sales, Manufacturing, and Production Supervision
- Create, maintain, and update SAP S/4HANA QM transactions
- Manage warranty claims from international distributors and branches
- Oversee Power BI KPI analysis for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide technical support to international distributors and branches
- Conduct internal process audits along the supply chain
- Develop and maintain new features for Scott's QC App
- Supervise bicycle production at various global locations
- Create technical manuals and documentation
- Collaborate with the Compliance Department and Technical Documentation Manager
- Develop content for the Myagi Education App
- Create and maintain Quality Assurance documents
- Use and maintain the Bike and Spare Part Archive
- Collaborate with the B2B Department on online warranty claiming and bike registration
- Implement automated spare part reordering transactions
