Requirements

  • Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering or comparable field
  • Relevant professional experience in quality-related project environments, preferably mechanical and plant engineering
  • NDT certification (VT, MT, PT, UT, RT) Level II/III according to EN ISO 9712 or comparable qualification
  • Experience with SNT-TC-1A (advantageous)
  • Experience with welded, forged, and cast components
  • Basic German language skills
  • Very good English skills
  • Good MS Office knowledge; SAP knowledge (advantageous)
  • Willingness to travel (at least 70%)
  • High resilience and strong commitment
  • Strong communication and team-oriented mindset

Tasks

  • Create, revise, and approve inspection and procedural instructions
  • Serve as the point of contact for NDT topics
  • Manage NDT qualification and certification processes
  • Define appropriate surface and volumetric inspection techniques
  • Plan and execute inspections per contractual and standard requirements
  • Coordinate quality activities with project stakeholders within defined scope
  • Plan and perform supplier inspections and acceptance tests
  • Ensure project activities meet quality requirements
  • Prepare, review, and approve project NDT quality documentation
