Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in quality control in manufacturing plant or industry following ISO9001
- •Experience in NC/CAPA process
- •Experience in dimensional controls and technical drawing handling
- •Hands-on approach and comfort with manual work and complex semi-automatic instruments
- •Strong optic know-how
- •Knowledge of good laboratory practices, pipetting, and preparation of reagents
- •Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving processes
- •Enjoyment of variety, multitasking, and adapting to changing priorities
- •Strong team player with high sense of ownership and accountability
- •Transparency, reliability, and commitment to delivering high-quality work on time
- •Good knowledge of Excel and Word programs
- •Good command and understanding of written English, French is a plus

- •Perform visual quality inspections on instruments and accessory products
- •Conduct mechanical functional tests on instruments
- •Test accessory products and spare parts using Lunaphore’s instruments
- •Stain tissue samples and evaluate staining quality
- •Execute dimensional controls on spare parts
- •Carry out documentary controls on instruments and accessory products
- •Perform functional controls of primary and secondary antibodies
- •Create protocols and analyze results on Lunaphore’s instruments
- •Calibrate and maintain quality control tools
- •Assist in the creation and investigation of non-conformities
- •Follow internal processes for handling conform and non-conform parts
- •Support root cause investigations of non-conformities
- •Contribute to the development of new work instructions
- •Participate in continuous improvement projects for the QC department
- •Adhere to company procedures and good manufacturing practices
