Guiding construction site teams in QHSE implementation and policy development. 7+ years QHSE system experience in industrial/construction settings with EHS degree required. Regular site travel for team support and guidance.

Tasks

- Ensure consistent application of QHSE standards.
- Promote a proactive safety and quality culture.
- Provide QHSE and CSR technical and professional support.
- Propose and implement company policies with key stakeholders.
- Serve as central reference for health and safety communication.
- Serve as central reference for health and safety training.
- Serve as central reference for health and safety risk analysis.
- Ensure activity alignment with company values and guidelines.
- Manage and develop an efficient QHSE department.
- Implement company Health, Safety, and Sustainability programs.
- Support operational teams in implementing best safety practices.
- Declare and analyze accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Translate incident analysis lessons into actionable plans.
- Implement and embed action plans across teams.
- Provide efficient operational support, including site visits.
- Optimize PPE process for cost and quality efficiency.
- Provide technical safety advice to teams and management.
- Develop Health and Safety Plans (HSP).
- Develop Quality Assurance Plans (QAP).
- Manage the internal Integrated Management System.
- Optimize and revise IMS policies, procedures, and standards.
- Record and analyze non-quality issues.
- Provide feedback on non-quality issues.
- Lead internal and external audits.
- Lead surveillance programs.
- Lead continuous improvement plans.
- Ensure regulatory and internal compliance across all activities.
- Produce KPI reports, analysis, and improvement action plans.
- Develop digitalization of the quality control system.
- Define and implement health and safety communication programs.
- Define and implement legal safety training programs.
- Provide training and coaching on QHSE topics.
