Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health economics, epidemiology, statistics, public health, business, or related field
  • Advanced degree preferred in health economics, epidemiology, statistics, public health, business, or related field
  • 20+ years relevant biopharmaceutical, vaccine, or healthcare experience
  • 15+ years leadership roles in global market access, pricing, health economics, HEOR, or value strategy
  • Deep expertise in HTA, payer evidence, reimbursement, pricing strategy, and global market access
  • Strong understanding of global healthcare markets
  • Prior vaccine experience preferred
  • Enterprise-minded strategist with strong scientific and business judgment
  • Proven leader of leaders with strong talent-development capability
  • Influential across complex global matrix organizations
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Culturally agile, collaborative, and externally focused

Tasks

  • Lead global Qdenga value, access, and pricing strategy
  • Integrate access and value into prioritization and governance
  • Develop global value propositions and dossiers
  • Develop payer tools and HTA readiness plans
  • Provide leadership for health economic modeling
  • Support HTA submissions with local teams
  • Support payer engagement with local teams
  • Support reimbursement strategy with local teams
  • Elevate payer, HTA, reimbursement, and policy implications
  • Engage with executive leadership in IBU and Global Medical
  • Ensure strong communication across Market Access teams
  • Foster collaboration across Market Access teams
  • Promote transparency across Market Access teams
  • Monitor global pricing trends
  • Monitor global reimbursement trends
  • Monitor global policy trends
  • Advise senior leadership on brand implications
  • Represent Takeda externally in forums
  • Strengthen Takeda's credibility externally
