Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in commercial Real Estate
- Experience in highly regulated industries
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Real Estate strategies
- Strong business, financial, and contract negotiation acumen
- Deep knowledge of commercial Real Estate law and contract analysis
- Experience operating in complex, global, matrixed environments
- Fluency in English
- German or additional languages are a plus
Tasks
- Lead Real Estate planning and strategy development for the Global Portfolio Division
- Analyze and optimize the regional Real Estate portfolio
- Manage lease renegotiations, site selection, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Ensure accuracy and governance of Real Estate lease and property data
- Achieve Opex and budget targets while identifying cost savings
- Provide strategic guidance for business growth and new space acquisition
- Negotiate Letters of Intent, leases, and Real Estate contracts
- Act as a change agent, aligning stakeholders across regions and functions
- Promote compliance with Takeda’s Global Code of Conduct
- Contribute to the evolution of Real Estate processes and tools
- Demonstrate strategic thinking with a focus on action
- Build partnerships with regional business leaders and GRE&F leadership
- Influence decisions using data-driven insights and financial acumen
- Lead through change with transparency and discipline
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
