QC Scientist - Microbiology Pharma(m/w/x)

You will drive innovation in a GMP-regulated lab by implementing new microbiological methods and managing complex customer projects to ensure the highest quality standards for the company.

Requirements

• •Studies in life sciences or ideally microbiology
• •3 years experience in regulated environments
• •Microbiology and clean water quality control experience
• •Expertise in utility testing is a plus
• •Strong customer and service orientation
• •Solid IT, Office, and ideally LIMS skills
• •Affinity for digitalization and system validation
• •Ideal experience in project management
• •Business driven mindset
• •Teamwork, responsibility, reliability, and flexibility
• •Excellent German and good English skills
• •French language skills as an advantage

Tasks

• •Lead projects implementing new microbiological analytical methods
• •Integrate new equipment into the laboratory
• •Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• •Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines
• •Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
• •Provide technical expertise on analytical methods
• •Prepare equipment qualification and method validation documents
• •Train and mentor laboratory staff
• •Supervise customer projects and subcontracted analytical services
• •Plan and organize customer project deliverables
• •Map and configure projects in the LIMS system
• •Oversee timely and GMP-compliant analytical work
• •Approve analysis results and technical reports
• •Support ongoing projects and assist with new acquisitions
• •Process laboratory deviations and root cause analyses
• •Optimize general processes and develop the site
