- •Completed studies in life sciences, Bachelor and/or Master degree
- •At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a regulated environment
- •High customer and service orientation
- •Very good understanding of IT and Office applications, ideally experience with LIMS systems
- •Ideally experience in Project Management
- •Team player, committed, responsible, and reliable
- •Good verbal and written communication competences
- •Good German and good English skills
- •Knowledge of French is an advantage

- •Supervise customer projects with subcontracted analytical services
- •Plan and organize customer projects and deliverables with partner laboratories
- •Collaborate on preparing quotations
- •Upsell analytical services to existing and new clients
- •Map and configure projects in the eLIMS system
- •Ensure proper and timely execution of commissioned analytical work
- •Co-manage GMP-compliant execution of projects
- •Approve analysis results and reports
- •Provide scientific support for ongoing customer projects
- •Participate in acquiring new projects
- •Ensure accurate and timely billing per project terms
- •Optimize general processes and develop the GMP laboratory site
