- Experience in clinical trials or pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Preferred study fields: healthcare, supply chain management, life sciences, or related
- Project Management certification beneficial
- Strong understanding of GMP/GxP principles and quality systems
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Advanced Microsoft Project proficiency
- Experience with enterprise systems preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Effective written communication skills
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Excellent documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams
- Fluent English required
- Additional languages beneficial
- Experience coordinating with teams
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships
