Description

As a Project Quality Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring quality compliance and driving improvements. Your role involves leading QA efforts, training teams, and implementing effective solutions to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• •5+ years' experience in Project/Site Quality Management
• •Knowledge of harmonized standards (e.g., EN 12952, EN 13480, EN 1090) and ASME BPVC
• •Expertise in Welding (e.g IWE), NDT methods (e.g RT, UT, MT, PT, VT) and corrosion protection (e.g FROSIO)
• •Familiarity with quality and project management tools/processes (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, 8D)
• •Knowledge of relevant UK/EU directives (e.g., PED 2014/68/EU, MRL 2006/42/EC)
• •Proficiency in English
• •Knowledge of German or Italian is a plus
• •Willingness to travel, up to 20%

Tasks

• •Lead project Quality Assurance (QA)
• •Serve as the main Quality interface for the Project Director/Manager and the Customer
• •Develop quality strategies to ensure regulatory and quality compliance
• •Manage QA/QC requirements and identify risks for potential non-conformities
• •Oversee quality control, inspections, and documentation
• •Train project teams on Quality Systems, tools, and processes
• •Promote continuous adherence to quality standards
• •Analyze quality issues and implement solutions using 8D/RCA, CAPA, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies
