Requirements

  • •PhD or Master’s degree in Chemistry
  • •At least 3–5 years of professional experience in chemical development or production
  • •Solid knowledge of operational requirements for scale-up
  • •Expertise in digital technologies and data analysis software
  • •Natural enthusiasm for technology and problem-solving
  • •Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • •Very good German and English language skills

Tasks

  • •Lead the development and scale-up of laboratory processes
  • •Ensure successful production of multi-kilogram quantities of chemical intermediates
  • •Act as the lead Process Step Chemist for technical transfers
  • •Oversee initial launch productions and process validations
  • •Maintain rigorous cGMP standards and safety regulations
  • •Create production documentation and risk assessments
  • •Collect and analyze safety data for risk assessments
  • •Identify and implement technical innovations and process improvements
  • •Represent your discipline in international, cross-functional project teams
  • •Collaborate with chemical development and global manufacturing sites
