Requirements

  • •Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • •Minimum 2 years experience with Master's or 4 years experience with Bachelor's
  • •Hands-on experience with automated laboratory equipment
  • •Foundational knowledge of organic chemistry
  • •Knowledge of chemical reaction optimization
  • •Experience with statistical Design of Experiments (DoE) principles/software
  • •Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools
  • •Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • •Fluency in German is a plus

  • •Execute HTE campaigns for chemical reaction screening

  • •Collaborate with project teams on experimental design

  • •Evaluate new technologies to improve automation workflows
