- Engineering degree or similar

- Advanced time and risk management skills

- Ability to influence project decisions
- PMP Certification preferred
- Experience with digital Project Management tools
- Relatively high seniority for collaboration
- Other languages considered an advantage, preferably German
Tasks
- Execute projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Manage projects from intake to production handover
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet project, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements
- Plan projects, manage budgets, allocate resources, and mitigate risks
- Engage with Business Development from project incubation stage
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout project lifecycle
- Define project scope, objectives, and milestones with sponsors and internal managers
- Forecast and assemble project teams with necessary skills and experience
- Monitor project performance and implement improvements
- Conduct risk management and escalate issues early
- Manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes
- Develop detailed project schedules and work plans
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution
- Track project schedules and ensure timely deliverables
- Manage project budgets according to approved orders and resources
- Lead regular project team meetings to discuss status and resolve issues
- Organize project steering meetings for oversight and guidance
- Conduct design review meetings to assess technical robustness and design maturity
- Facilitate gate review meetings with stakeholders for business-driven reviews
- Provide monthly progress reports to PMO and stakeholders
- Adhere to global PM processes and practices
- Follow quality and compliance procedures
- Represent the project to customers in the absence of a program manager
- Matrix report to the program manager in program-related projects
