Requirements

  • •8+ years CAPEX project management experience
  • •Experience leading teams in regulated environments
  • •Hands-on project management across CAPEX lifecycle
  • •Budget management, forecasting and analytical capabilities
  • •Understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements
  • •Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA Level C or higher preferred)

Tasks

  • •Manage the site's full CAPEX portfolio
  • •Ensure prioritization and regulatory compliance
  • •Align projects with corporate strategy
  • •Lead and coach project managers and controllers
  • •Manage resource planning and team performance
  • •Direct critical high-impact CAPEX projects

  • •Mitigate risks through robust project definition
  • •Plan and monitor CAPEX budgets
  • •Forecast and control project costs
  • •Implement global standardized processes and tools
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • •Ensure GMP and safety compliance
