- Financial acumen in managing multimillion-dollar budgets
- Experience with global health authorities’ inspections, audits and regulatory agencies
Tasks
- Direct manufacturing engineering and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and EHS regulations
- Execute qualification plans and risk analysis
- Lead major capital projects, facility expansions, and technology upgrades
- Champion asset lifecycle and reliability engineering
- Oversee workshop operations
- Develop and execute engineering and maintenance strategy
- Lead transformation initiatives in digitalization and automation
- Support multi-year strategic plans and capital investment roadmaps
- Lead manufacturing engineering and maintenance organization
- Manage deviation investigations and corrective actions
- Develop and report on KPIs for engineering and maintenance
- Represent manufacturing engineering in regulatory inspections
- Champion digital tools and data analytics
- Conduct regular GEMBAs
- Manage GMP and non-GMP facility systems
- Maintain relationships with external service providers
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain, and IT
- Engage with global and regional leadership
- Lead and develop a diverse, cross-functional team
- Oversee assigned cost centers
- Monitor and act on performance trends
- Develop budgets for OpEx and headcounts
