Requirements

  • •Enrollment in Master’s program in Business Engineering, Project Management, Change Management, Economics with focus on Strategy or Management, or related field
  • •Strong theoretical knowledge of project management methodologies
  • •Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • •Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with project management tools is a plus
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • •Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • •Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
  • •Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

Currently in higher education

Tasks

  • •Prepare and maintain progress reports
  • •Create dashboards and KPIs for strategic initiatives
  • •Collaborate with key stakeholders for project alignment
  • •Assist in planning workshops and leadership meetings
  • •Support the development of project charters and timelines
  • •Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • •Provide assistance on various transformation tasks
