- Three years experience in project coordination or governance
- Strong organizational discipline and structured working style
- Experience with Google Workspace and task management tools
- Experience maintaining dashboards and follow-up systems
- Ability preparing concise management presentations
- Basic understanding of reporting and KPI tracking
- Strong ownership of deadlines and pro-active follow-up
- Affinity for HR processes and transformation environments
- Fluency in German and English
- Highly structured and detail-oriented
- Clear and concise written communication
- Comfort interacting with different level stakeholders
- Calmness in complex environments
- Experience in matrix or cross-functional environments preferred
- Awareness of compliance risks and integrity commitment
Tasks
- Support the Legal and People roadmap implementation
- Track milestones, deliverables, and initiative dependencies
- Consolidate inputs from various countries and functions
- Prepare structured status updates for leadership
- Monitor deadlines and manage active follow-ups
- Maintain dashboards, trackers, and decision logs
- Ensure transparency of risks and mitigation steps
- Strengthen follow-up across Legal and People topics
- Coordinate between Legal, HR, Compliance, and Communications
- Support alignment across international locations
- Clarify responsibilities and project timelines
- Facilitate disciplined execution of agreed initiatives
- Improve and harmonize HR-related processes
- Consolidate audit-relevant documentation
- Contribute to governance framework documentation
- Support HRIS preparation and system roll-outs
