- •Lead joint customer project team meetings
- •Manage and escalate project risks proactively
- •Conduct lessons learned and improvement evaluations
- •Coordinate regulatory and submission processes
- •Track the preparation of regulatory dossiers
- •Initiate invoices for completed work packages
- •Report completed revenues and financial outlooks
- •Manage scope changes and cost estimations
- •Collaborate with Business Development on pricing
- •Maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships
- •Share best practices with other Program Managers
