Program Manager Education(m/w/x)
Planning and executing educational programs for tech start-ups, managing participant communication and onboarding. 2-4 years program management experience required. Internal and external training budget, conference attendance.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Education Management, Social Sciences, Innovation or similar
- 2–4 years project/program management experience, ideally in education/non-profit
- Effective written/spoken English and German (min. C1)
- Structured, reliable, detail-oriented, managing multiple programs
- Confident use of Notion, Slack, Google Drive, Excel; familiarity with Salesforce or Miro
- Curiosity for AI tools (e.g. Claude), interest in applying AI to automate workflows
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset; interest in leadership, education, innovation
- Experience with EU funding schemes or grant management (e.g. EIT, Horizon, BMBF) a plus
Tasks
- Plan and execute educational programs
- Coordinate venues, catering, and materials
- Prepare pre-, during-, and post-checklists
- Manage participant communication
- Onboard new cohorts
- Update participant data
- Answer participant questions and coordinate activities
- Maintain program documentation and administration
- Manage tools (Notion, Slack, Google Drive)
- Keep calendars updated
- Organize folder structures and resources
- Support budget administration and financial tracking
- Contribute to monthly reporting
- Forecast expenditures
- Prepare contracts for freelancers and trainers
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners
- Coordinate partner schedules
- Manage deliverables
- Ensure smooth collaboration
- Explore and apply AI tools (e.g., Claude)
- Automate recurring workflows
- Improve processes
- Support scalable program operations
- Prepare funding applications and project proposals
- Research funding requirements
- Coordinate contributions
- Ensure timely submission
