- In-depth technical knowledge in CQ and OPs, possibly in biological, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry
- Extended EHS knowledge
- Solid collaboration skills and ability to lead diverse teams
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in German and English or willingness to learn one of the two
Tasks
- Lead multi-disciplinary project teams for manufacturing aspects
- Prepare and execute risk analysis for assigned products
- Implement and control defined measures based on risk analysis
- Document processes and process know-how with corresponding reports
- Calculate costs for production planning and assess performance
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, efficiency, and safety
- Train operators for the manufacturing of assigned products
- Support the Plant Manager in training and planning tasks
- Represent the manufacturing unit during customer audits and visits
- Execute innovation and improvement projects for the production plant
Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
