Description

In this role, you will be the key figure for ePayments compliance, ensuring that all payment functionalities meet business requirements while balancing security and usability. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams and overseeing compliance assessments to support a seamless eBanking experience.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business, or related field
• •Minimum of 5 years of experience in payments, compliance, or digital banking within a regulated financial institution
• •In-depth understanding of Swiss and European ePayment regulations, including PSD2/PSD3, SCA, eBill, and Instant Payments
• •Proven experience in gathering and documenting end-to-end business requirements for payment systems
• •Hands-on expertise in designing and governing secure transaction authorisation models
• •Experience integrating payment solutions across multiple platforms while ensuring auditability and control integrity
• •Demonstrated ability to lead compliance assessments, produce control documentation, and obtain formal sign-offs
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Fluency in English and good German language skills
• •CPP, POPM/PSPO/CSPO
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills
• •Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management

Tasks

• •Act as the main point of accountability for ePayments compliance in Switzerland
• •Define and document end-to-end business requirements for payment functionalities
• •Design secure transaction authorization patterns
• •Lead compliance assessments and obtain sign-offs
• •Develop and maintain process flows, RACIs, control matrices, user stories, test scenarios, and audit dossiers
• •Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, IT Security, and Innovation teams to ensure usability and regulatory adherence
• •Support UAT and regulatory testing phases to verify payment controls before production release
