Tasks

• •Own end-to-end delivery of customer-facing assets
• •Ensure timely, clear, and coherent delivery of materials
• •Manage customer-facing communication and Paradox OS Community
• •Act as the final quality gate before user delivery
• •Collect and structure user feedback from various sources
• •Segment insights by cohort, user profile, and maturity level
• •Translate raw feedback into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• •Share insights with Product & Tech, Learning & Content, and Growth teams
• •Close the feedback loop through A/B testing and measurement
• •Independently implement improvements to onboarding flows
• •Enhance communication sequences and formats
• •Update FAQs, help content, and community challenges
• •Coordinate with editors, tech, and learning teams as needed
• •Propose high-impact initiatives with clear rationale
