- •Uncover and amplify customer success stories
- •Create powerful case studies and thought leadership content
- •Build a customer advocacy program with Field Marketing
- •Gather insights from Customer Success and Sales to refine messaging
- •Lead go-to-market strategies for new releases
- •Develop engaging content that simplifies complex functionality
- •Create training and enablement materials for onboarding
- •Launch and grow a user community for sharing best practices
- •Host webinars and roundtables to engage users
- •Implement referral and incentive programs for growth
- •Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- •Equip Sales and Leadership with competitive analyses and tools
- •Position Lobster as a thought leader through whitepapers and reports
- •Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing for aligned execution
- •Develop sales enablement tools for effective selling
- •Train internal teams on articulating Lobster's value
- •Conduct market analyses to identify new opportunities
- •Create and maintain targeted marketing materials
- •Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns and events
