Requirements
- Student or recent graduate in Life Sciences, Marketing, Data Management, Information Science, or related field
- Structured, analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Enjoyment of organizing complex information and creating clear systems
- Comfortable with digital tools, databases, or content management systems
- Interest in scientific content
- Ability to understand technical context quickly
- Proactive and self-directed
- Ability to manage own workload in fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot), Adobe Creative Suite, or content platforms is a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken English required
- Additional languages are a plus
Tasks
- Design and build centralized directory for scientific images, datasets, and digital assets
- Catalogue assets with metadata including ownership, access permissions, file specs, project context, usage guidelines
- Ensure database supports cross-functional accessibility while maintaining data compliance
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather, classify, and validate asset information
- Document processes and structures for long-term maintainability
- Assist in creating newsletters based on approved content briefs
- Support blog publishing workflows and campaign execution
- Handle content formatting, asset coordination, and quality checking
- Coordinate internal asset updates across product marketing and sales teams
- Contribute to marketing automation initiatives and process improvements
- Track and report on marketing activity performance
- Maintain publication tracking and Scientific Data Repository updates
Education
- Currently in higher educationOR
- Bachelor's degree
