Tasks

  • Support high volumes of events
  • Configure platforms through CMS
  • Maximize participant experience and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with project lead, vendors, and internal departments
  • Manage badge printing, iPad sign-in, and lead scanning
  • Oversee onsite AV and equipment
  • Drive audience engagement
  • Provide daily reports to clients
  • Review apps for flawless delivery
  • Brief and prepare speakers
  • Oversee event live interactivities
  • Analyze event data
  • Deliver insightful reports and recommendations
  • Learn Backstage through SpotMe curriculum
  • Build content for standard features in Backstage
  • Demonstrate quality follow-up emails
  • Deliver 2 live event days as Event Coordinator
  • Participate in on-site logistics evaluation
  • Deliver 10 live event days with positive feedback
  • Deliver 2 onsite events with logistics features
  • Build content for standard features with minimal supervision
  • Deliver 20 live event days with high CES and sNPS
  • Deliver 5 onsite events as Lead Onsite Coordinator
  • Kick off 2 small-scale events as Project Lead
  • Manage Kick Off calls with timely client communication
  • Build content for advanced features in Backstage
