Product Lead – Digital Customer Solutions(m/w/x)
Managing LOREKA360° portfolio operations and AI-native product discovery. Several years of digital product management experience required. Smart working, childcare support, and holiday plan.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in product management for digital or software driven products, ideally in complex, multi module environments
- Strong technical understanding of software platforms, data driven products, and system integration
- Proven affinity for AI technologies and strong motivation to apply AI in both product capabilities and daily product work
- Hands on experience using AI tools, automation, or agent based approaches to improve effectiveness and decision making
- Ability to translate strategy into execution and manage multiple parallel initiatives
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams in Agile environments
- First experience in people leadership or strong readiness to take on a team leadership role
- Experience with maritime, industrial, or B2B digital solutions is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Tasks
- Manage day-to-day product operations for LOREKA360° portfolio
- Translate portfolio strategy into clear product roadmaps and priorities
- Ensure technical and functional consistency across product modules
- Drive AI-native working methods in product management and delivery
- Leverage AI tools for product discovery, requirements, and documentation
- Champion AI experimentation to enhance product work speed and quality
- Lead roadmap planning and backlog prioritization for product teams
- Align product requirements with software engineering and delivery capacity
- Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across modules and releases
- Ensure solutions fit the agreed technical architecture and support data integration
- Serve as primary technical authority for LOREKA360°
- Ensure high-quality product specifications and documentation
- Drive continuous improvement of product quality and usability
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to capture product requirements
- Translate customer and regulatory needs into actionable features
- Support customer-facing teams with technical expertise
- Partner with Head of Software Engineering on technical feasibility and architecture
- Promote pragmatic, scalable solutions balancing speed and quality
- Line manage and develop Product Managers and Owners
- Set clear objectives and priorities for product teams
- Foster a culture of AI-enabled productivity and continuous improvement
