Requirements

  • •Experience driving innovation and system-level integration
  • •Ability to manage diverse product families
  • •Understanding of business economics and financials
  • •Experience in fire safety or building management
  • •Familiarity with lean/agile methodologies like SAFe
  • •Resilience, analytical approach, and communication skills
  • •Proficiency in English and knowledge of German
  • •Legal eligibility for work in Switzerland
