Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related technical discipline
  • Proven experience leading and managing complex, cross-functional projects in international matrix organization
  • Experience in or high affinity for corporate governance frameworks and ISO-based management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to apply structured judgment and provide clear rationales in ambiguous regulatory or policy situations
  • Excellent analytical skills translating complex legal or technical requirements into lean, practical business processes
  • Builder mentality, motivated by creating and refining frameworks for long-term compliance and safety
  • Documentation skills, ideally focusing on policies, business processes, or work instructions
  • Familiarity with products and markets similar to Sika's

Tasks

  • Drive operationalization of PCMS
  • Align conformity objectives with business processes
  • Maintain and develop PCMS structure
  • Ensure traceability between regulatory requirements and internal controls
  • Lead cross-functional projects to mitigate product conformity risks
  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear internal policies
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for critical business processes
  • Provide regular maturity reports on product conformity
  • Analyze and recommend solutions for ambiguous policy interpretations
  • Design decision-making frameworks for exceptions and borderline cases
  • Ensure global consistency and defensibility in decision-making
  • Identify and implement improvements to governance structures
  • Enhance documentation practices and system controls
  • Support alignment between global governance and local execution
  • Facilitate technical advisors and knowledge engineering teams
