- Prioritize changes when conflicts are identified
- Align business cases with strategic objectives
- Review and communicate project benefits to sponsors
- Analyze the aggregate impact of changes
- Reduce adverse project collisions across teams
- Identify and mitigate change fatigue risks
- Protect employee productivity and well-being
- Establish feedback mechanisms for end-users
- Gather qualitative and quantitative user insights
- Define and track adoption KPIs
- Monitor proficiency rates and usage frequency
- Refine solutions based on user feedback
- Coach senior leaders on change methodologies
- Enable active and visible executive sponsorship
- Draft authentic and high-impact change communications

- Equip sponsors to handle resistance
