Tasks
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives
- Structure and analyze complex operational problems
- Contribute to cost efficiency and risk control
- Improve supplier performance
- Optimize procurement processes
- Manage tenders and RFPs
- Enhance cost transparency and contract coverage
- Design and prototype data-driven solutions
- Deploy automated solutions where relevant
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders
- Collect and analyze procurement datasets
- Support operational decisions with data
- Identify service providers without framework agreements
- Ensure sufficient contractual, KYC, and compliance coverage
- Prepare and execute RFPs and tenders
- Structure problems with stakeholders
- Manage RFP and tender timelines
- Consolidate data for RFPs and tenders
- Analyze supplier proposals
- Challenge market practices to optimize value
- Monitor supplier performance
- Ensure adherence to contractual commitments
- Maintain procurement documentation
- Ensure data consistency and reliability
- Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking
- Perform quantitative market intelligence exercises
- Oversee service provider onboarding
- Align onboarding with HSE and internal standards
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Trading Desks, IT, and Legal
- Participate in price negotiations
- Represent TotalEnergies professionally
- Propose ideas to automate workflows
- Simplify and redesign procurement tools
- Gain hands-on experience in service procurement
- Improve contractual coverage and cost transparency
- Control quantified costs and risks
- Enhance procurement tool usability and automation
- Develop clear and scalable procurement frameworks
- Streamline service provider onboarding
- Build hybrid analytical and business skills
