Requirements

  • Master’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering, or related field
  • Several years of experience in automated production
  • Solid machine-vision and automated inspection skills
  • Experience in Pick and Place processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Quality-focused mindset
  • Proactive, hands-on approach
  • Familiarity with DoE
  • Familiarity with data analysis
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies
  • Familiarity with production statistics
  • Proficiency in German
  • Proficiency in English

Tasks

  • Improve chip attach processes using statistical methods
  • Design experiments to enhance process capability
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and prevent failures
  • Optimize automated production systems for capacity and quality
  • Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for production issues
  • Support new product development and transition to volume manufacturing
