Requirements

• •6+ years leading pharma or R&D initiatives
• •Ability to lead complex strategic initiatives
• •Experience managing leadership and reporting processes
• •Ability to analyze and solve organizational challenges
• •Independent thinking and sound decision-making
• •Strategic agility and critical thinking skills
• •Respect for global cultural differences
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• •Experience executing functional R&D strategies
• •Understanding of impact measurement frameworks
