  • •Defining and monitoring KPIs
  • •Global situational leadership and coaching
  • •International/global experience strongly preferred
  • •Ability to travel globally

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Translate strategic goals into an integrated roadmap
  • •Drive the performance tracking work-stream
  • •Provide automated tools for data accuracy
  • •Manage the macro initiative tracking database
  • •Monitor project milestones and risks
  • •Oversee project management and communications contractors
  • •Coordinate with site and functional managers
  • •Standardize processes for roadmap development
  • •Collaborate with the analytics hub on measurements
  • •Lead steering committee meetings with senior leadership
  • •Coach project management and rotational talent
  • •Provide transparency for global leadership decisions
