Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
- 8+ years relevant professional consulting experience
- 3+ years with Genesys Cloud or similar CX, CRM, AI orchestration platforms
- Advanced understanding of modern cloud concepts and architectures
- Clear and effective communication of technical concepts
- Good experience with diagramming and presentation tools
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Experience designing/implementing AI-powered customer solutions
- Hands-on application development using APIs, JSON, JavaScript
- Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelining tools
- Lead large-scale, fast-paced technical projects
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Escalation management skills
- Ability to lead and challenge customers on solution direction
- Business-outcome focused mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective time management
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in collaborative team environments
- Occasional travel (approx. 25%)
Tasks
- Partner with customers to design innovative solutions
- Build and deliver AI-powered experience orchestration
- Provide technical leadership and consultative expertise
- Ensure customer goals align with Genesys’ vision
- Drive successful project delivery
- Serve as lead technical architect for complex projects
- Ensure high-quality solution delivery for strategic customers
- Configure and integrate Genesys Cloud solutions
- Deploy solutions according to Professional Services standards
- Collaborate with Project Managers to define scope
- Define project deliverables and timelines
- Provide technical mentorship to internal teams
- Train customers on Genesys Cloud solutions
- Identify and resolve engagement challenges
- Escalate issues when necessary
- Recommend process improvements for efficiency
- Enhance delivery quality
- Participate in knowledge sharing initiatives
- Contribute to Professional Services improvement efforts
