Requirements

  • •Management and R&D consulting experience of at least 10 years
  • •Experience in Life Sciences, particularly in clinical operations
  • •Extensive network of stakeholders in Top 20 Life Sciences companies
  • •Credibility and experience engaging with key Life Sciences customers at senior levels
  • •Proven track record of developing high value customer engagements
  • •Experience in designing and implementing digital transformation and R&D innovation programs
  • •Deep understanding of the R&D value chain
  • •Fluency in multiple European languages in addition to English
  • •Experience with digital technologies, platforms, and analytics tools
  • •Good understanding of Veeva’s platforms and solutions
  • •Experience working with SaaS solutions
  • •Veeva certified on relevant R&D products

  • •Clarify customer challenges and needs
  • •Develop compelling proposals to address customer issues
  • •Leverage your network to identify business opportunities

  • •Serve as the R&D consulting lead for top enterprise accounts
  • •Establish strong, trusted relationships with customers
  • •Act as the primary contact for strategic and tactical inquiries
  • •Support the creation of new campaigns and offerings
  • •Contribute to thought leadership that differentiates R&D consulting
  • •Lead multiple project engagement teams
  • •Empower teams to plan and manage all aspects of delivery
  • •Ensure quality assurance throughout project delivery
