- •Fluency in oral and written English

Tasks
- •Design and fabricate advanced microfluidic chips for organ-on-a-chip applications
- •Generate human neural organoid cultures and optimize complex culture protocols
- •Perform molecular phenotyping of on-chip generated model systems
- •Conduct 3D modeling and simulations using AutoCAD, Blender, or COMSOL
- •Lead microengineering tasks using clean room techniques such as photo/soft lithography and DRIE etching
- •Utilize advanced imaging techniques, including confocal and light sheet microscopy
- •Execute tissue sectioning and fluorescence in situ hybridization experiments
- •Collaborate across the institute to integrate single-cell genomics data into chip development
