- •8 years in pharmaceutical sales, market access, or key account management
- •Knowledge of Swiss healthcare, procurement, reimbursement, and regional network
- •Strong negotiation, communication, and account planning skills
- •Matrix leadership and cross-functional mindset
- •Track record of multi-stakeholder healthcare projects
- •Proficiency in German, French, English, and ideally Italian
- •Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- •Collaboration with colleagues and regular office presence

- •Collaborate closely with Asset Teams and Field Force members
- •Analyze account needs and potential from multiple sources
- •Derive meaningful actions based on cross-functional insights

- •Co-create initiatives to optimize care pathways and patient outcomes
- •Support evidence generation through account-based initiatives
- •Build trustful relationships with hospital and procurement stakeholders
- •Ensure patients and healthcare providers have access to treatments
