Population Health Insights Lead(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Graduate or higher degree in epidemiology (MPH or PhD)
- Graduate or higher degree (MS or PhD) in quantitative methods, economics, pharmacology or related discipline with Post-Graduate qualification in epidemiology
- Medical Degree (RN, MD) with Post-Graduate qualification in epidemiology
- 5+ years experience in epidemiology or health outcomes research
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of statistic programs (R or SAS)
- Strong knowledge of epidemiological principles and methodologies
- Strong knowledge of health statistics, surveillance data, and health surveys
- Familiarity with literature reviews and evidence synthesis methods (meta-analyses)
- Experience designing, conducting, analyzing, and interpreting epidemiological studies
- Experience with Real World Data (RWD) studies
- Knowledge or experience in pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
Tasks
- Generate and maintain epidemiological patient forecasts
- Support clinical development stages with forecasts
- Provide input for business planning
- Develop advanced population health analyses
- Perform population-level and subgroup modeling
- Develop and maintain R code for new forecasts
- Utilize epidemiological data sources for target population models
- Publish epidemiology work externally
- Present population health analyses externally
- Lead alignment discussions with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with global and affiliate teams
- Ensure consistency of epidemiological data and assumptions
- Support implementation of new ways of working
- Drive digitalization efforts for data analysis and sharing
- Develop knowledge management tools
- Deliver insights-sharing practices
- Collect access-related data and information
- Analyze access-related data and information
- Store access-related data and information
- Share access-related data and information
- Identify gaps to improve patient access
- Identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes
