Requirements

  • Advanced degree in relevant scientific field (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent)
  • 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
  • 3–5 years in evidence generation, RWD, or NIS leadership roles
  • Experience contributing to or leading integrated evidence plans (IEPs)
  • Global or multi-country experience in medical affairs, clinical development, health outcomes, or RWE
  • Deep understanding of real-world evidence methodologies
  • Knowledge of data privacy, governance, and regulatory frameworks for RWD generation
  • Working knowledge of health authority and HTA evidence expectations
  • Proficiency with medical evidence planning and insight-generation tools

Tasks

  • Serve as a medical and methodological expert for real-world data and data reuse
  • Lead the design of decision-driven evidence solutions aligned with strategic priorities
  • Recommend optimal solutions for Integrated Evidence Plans, including data asset reuse and scientific projects
  • Ensure solutions provide early visibility and support value differentiation
  • Identify and drive opportunities for data reuse across studies and geographies
  • Promote transparency of internal data assets and tools for future reuse
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on evidence needs and feasibility
  • Co-create local and multi-country evidence solutions with affiliates
  • Share expertise and promote standardized frameworks and tools
  • Create and sustain a community of local Evidence Generation Leaders
  • Focus on capability building, data landscaping, and real-world data initiatives
  • Develop and manage non-interventional studies and data reuse projects
