Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (idealerweise im pharmazeutischen Bereich)
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
  • Kenntnisse in Schichtplanung und Produktionsprozessen der Pharmaproduktion
  • Hohe IT-Affinität, Kommunikationsstärke, Eigenverantwortung und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • MS Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Tasks

  • Personalplanung im Produktionsbereich verantworten
  • Produktionsplanung für Handsichtung und Sichtmaschinen erstellen
  • Jahresschichtpläne erstellen
  • Personalbedarf für Budgetplanung ermitteln
  • Mitarbeitereinsatzplanung für Produktionsprozesse, Wartungen und Trainings abstimmen
  • Trainings-, Onboardingmaßnahmen organisieren
  • Feinplanung des Personaleinsatzes organisieren
  • Schichtplanung mit Betriebsrat abstimmen
  • Urlaubsbedingungsgerechte Einsatzplanung erstellen
  • Linienbelegung zur Sicherstellung maximaler Ausbringung optimieren
  • Bei Prozessoptimierungen mitarbeiten
  • Trainingsdokumentation in Veeva pflegen
  • Trainingsmatrix aktualisieren
  • Vertretungen im Planner-Team übernehmen
  • An Tier-2-Meetings teilnehmen
