Requirements

  • Erste Berufserfahrung in Produktions‑, Trainingsumfeld oder vergleichbarem Bereich erforderlich
  • Erfahrung mit Learning-Management-Systemen (LMS) von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, ausgeprägtes Qualitätsverständnis
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und detailgenaue Arbeitsweise
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (LMS Systeme, MS-Office)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Tasks

  • Produktionstrainings transparent, effizient und auditsicher organisieren
  • LMS für Initialqualifizierung und MediaFills pflegen
  • LMS für Initialqualifizierung und MediaFills administrieren
  • LMS für Initialqualifizierung und MediaFills weiterentwickeln
  • Neue Mitarbeiter:innen strukturiert einführen
  • Rollen für neue Mitarbeiter:innen zuweisen
  • Trainingsstände, Curricula, Reports und Qualifikationsmatrix pflegen
  • Datenqualität und Nachvollziehbarkeit sicherstellen
  • Trainingsbedarfe und -rückstände verfolgen
  • KPIs analysieren
  • Reporting für relevante Schnittstellen erstellen
  • Trainings planen, koordinieren und nachverfolgen

  • Vocational certification
