Tasks

  • Act as the central technical interface for technology platforms
  • Maintain an end-to-end overview of cross-platform process flows
  • Define and maintain reference flows and development lanes
  • Support readiness reviews and establish clear release criteria
  • Manage process change control and recipe versioning
  • Ensure structured documentation of decisions and learnings
  • Capture process know-how and clarify external sharing limits
  • Maintain wafer genealogy and data traceability for a single source of truth
  • Coordinate with the MicroFab team on run readiness and constraints
  • Drive variability reduction and continuous improvement loops
  • Perform root-cause analysis and handle process deviations
  • Translate external requests into executable technical scopes
  • Evaluate feasibility and risks for external capability requests

  • 8 years

Education

  • Master's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
