Requirements
- Experience in PDK development and design enablement
- MSc/PhD in EE, Physics, or comparable
- Understanding of design–fabrication interface and variability
- Experience with EDA ecosystems and PDK integration
- Scripting/automation skills (e.g., Python/TCL) are advantageous
- Experience with wafer data and change control
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Fluent English; German is a plus
Tasks
- Define and maintain a consolidated PDK roadmap
- Establish structured release and versioning processes
- Align design rules and process assumptions with fabrication
- Own the quality of PDK deliverables and documentation
- Coordinate validation plans with metrology and process teams
- Maintain compatibility with relevant EDA toolchains
- Support internal teams and external open-access users
- Manage documentation and intellectual property protection
