Tasks
- Design and execute performance marketing strategy
- Achieve daily ad spend goals of $100k+ USD
- Optimize for User Acquisition and Lifetime Value
- Direct high-budget UA campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ads campaigns
- Ensure balanced and high-performing channel mix
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets with full autonomy
- Make data-driven budget allocation decisions
- Shift spend toward high-performing initiatives
- Pause underperforming campaigns to optimize ROI
- Research and test new UA channels
- Lead the launch of new UA channels from scratch
- Expand reach to untapped audiences
- Foster continuous growth
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative teams
- Identify new growth levers
- Improve conversion funnels
- Ensure creative assets align with channel-specific best practices
- Establish robust measurement frameworks
